After he is released from prison, Takuji crashes at the apartment of his hardworking brother Kazunari. At the same time, the capable, but decidedly charmless Yuria is jealous of her beautiful sister Mako. When the two sibling pairs meet, tension rises and sparks fly. Aided by a great cast and impeccable timing, Keisuke YOSHIDA delivers a riotous, precisely observed comedy of manners.
Director's Bio
Keisuke YOSHIDA was born in Saitama in 1975, and studied at Tokyo Visual Arts College. His 2006 debut, RAW SUMMER, was awarded the Fantastic Off-Theatre Competition Grand Prize at the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival. His manga adaptation HIMEANOLE (2016) was shown at various international film festivals and was awarded at the 41st Hochi Film Awards.
